This system can generate reports from an Ad Hoc editor or from a menu of custom reports – Most reports that are generated on a daily, weekly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis can be saved to the system so that they can be selected from a menu and used again. Ad Hoc reporting will allow authorized individuals to build a custom report by selecting the database fields that apply.
This system will manage and document all scheduled notices. Notifications, alerts, memos, invoices and receipts that are typically sent can be scheduled to go out automatically on specific days or can be triggered when a specific event occurs.
All system transactions and functions can be automatically documented and connected to applicable database files so that any work, report, payment, communication, etc. can be traced or date and time stamped. All correspondences that are generated through the system will be documented and attached to the appropriate database file for future referencing. (Back to Management Gateway Modules)
